Garden Tour 2010

A beautriful day dawned for the annual Soroptimist Garden Tour, sponsored by the Soroptimists International of Schenectady County and held on June 19, 2010. Rain and overcast skies dominated the week previous to the event but Saturday itself was hot and sunny. There are a couple of repeat gardens, and some new and unusual gardens including three gardens at Union College.

Below the gardens are listed alphabetically. Descriptions are taken from the Garden Tour booklet. Many thanks to all those who worked so hard to bring about this event once again and to the gardeners themselves, my thanks for your friendliness as I stopped by for the pictures. Your gardens are magnificent!
