Beardslee Castle
A couple of weeks ago, I was heading home on NYS Rt. 5, and passed
Beardslee Castle on my way home. I was pressed for time, but emailed
and made reservations for dinner for us and our friends. Darlene also happends to
be a great photographer, and we thought it would be a great place to get pictures and
have a birthday celebration dinner. Our birthdays are 11 days apart, in April. Well, I have to
thank the owner Randy for letting us get some fabulous shots of this awesome place,
and for a spectacular dinner, and also, my thanks to our waitress, who was number 1
