Fall Getaway Day at Pyramid Lake

Yesterday, my friend Pat and I took a 'getaway day' and went to Pyramid Life Center to get some fall photos. We hoped the rain would hold off and it did. The place was wonderfully quiet - just she and I, plus the chippies, red squirrels, bees, ladybugs and we heard a loon. Really!
