Sundaes on Sunday
On Sunday, we went to the Dominican Retreat and Conference Center to help out at the annual open house "Sundaes on Sunday". The threat and actual thunderstorms did not dampen the spirits of all who came to take a tour, eat a sundae and most important...hear a talk by Tomie dePaolo , writer and illustrator of excellent children's books and painter of the mural in the Retreat House Chapel.
