Fireworks Display
Our big fireworks festival was cancelled due to the extreme rain and
winds that rolled in, but there were fireworks held in the same place, Freedom Park,
for Canalfest. We walked down and sat on a hill some distance from the "launching pad"
to avoid crowds and see if we could get clear shots. These pictures took a lot of
cropping, much black sky, and we didnt see the low level display very well. It rained
lightly, so the men decided to get silly and wear the chair sacks on their heads. This was followed by the
women doing the same thing. All the pictures are here for you to see.
