A Very Special Celebration
Today, our little corner of the universe had a very special celebration,
a historical marker erected only two doors down from us.
What could be nicer
than this tribute to the composer Robert Allen (Deitcher) who grew up right here? He is
known for such songs as "Chances Are", "No Not Much", "Moments to Remenber" and more. I
remember his mother Ruth fondly, and it was good to see his sister again and meet his wife.
Who said nothing exciting ever happens around here? Below are
a few pictures of the event lead by William Seyse and I had the chance to
