Still Point Summer
Because of obligations, I was not able to spend as much time at Still Point as I would have liked but just the getting away was wonderful. I stayed in Cabin 3 - the smallest and farthest back in the woods. I was up before 5 and welcomed the morning...listened to the bullfrogs in the ponds at night. And yesterday afternoon - I slept! Guess I've needed the rest.

I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. The only complaint? I have a TON of mosquito bites! Evidently, bug spray on me is just basting lotion to them. But, that's summer for you and it has been so wet this year. . Next time I'll try Deep Woods Off. I spent time sitting on the dock of the pond with my feet in the water, and soaked in the beauty around me. The first three pictures are the "walk down to the cabin".
